One programme, three phases. All three are part of the same programme — they are not separate levels and they are not bought separately.
This programme is bought once: there are no separate levels to buy and no monthly fees. All three stages happen inside the same programme.
The three stages inside the programme
Every child moves through these in order, with nothing extra to buy.

Stage 1
Foundation phase
The child learns the instrument itself: what each bead means, adding and subtracting by hand. Speed does not matter here; accuracy does.

Stage 2
Mental abacus phase
The abacus is taken away and the child pictures it instead. This is where answers start coming with no tool in the hands at all.

Stage 3
Speed and examination phase
Speed drills and flash-anzan practice, then the final examination and the certificate.
